Vegan Leftovers Dip
This Vegan Leftovers Dip solves the problems of an over zealous sandwich by wrapping it in a hoagie roll and dipping it in gravy!

Okay, so around this time of year, you’ll see a lot of folks making Moist Makers, as they should! It’s an amazing sandwich. However, after I made some Sloppy Joe Subs with hoagie rolls, I started thinking, what if I did the same to the Moist Maker?
I mean, the Moist Maker is one of those super tall sandwiches where you have to unhinge your jaw. A hoagie would be perfect! But what about the gravy? Wait, you could dip it! Perfect!

why you’ll love a vegan leftovers Dip
This has all the flavor and indulgence of a Moist Maker, but packed into a nice little package. Plus, you honestly get more gravy with this, as you are essentially dipping the entire sandwich in gravy instead of just one piece of bread!
ingredients for a vegan Leftovers Dip
For the bread, use a roll that has a soft interior, but crusty exterior. The same kind you would use for a French Dip or Italian Beef!

I have recipes for every other component of the Leftovers Dip, but use whatever you have at your disposal!

How to make a vegan leftovers dip
First we’ll split our roll. Feel free to hollow it out a bit so you can get more filling in there too!

Next, we’ll do a layer of vegan mayo and mashed potatoes, followed by stuffing.

Then vegan turkey. And lastly spread some cranberry sauce.

Wrap it up, and dip it!
