Split your hoagie roll. Hollow it out for more fillings if you like. Feel free to toast it too!
Slather on as much vegan mayo as you vegan mayo loving heart desires.
Add the mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey and cranberry sauce.
Close up the sandwich. Wrap it in some deli sandwich paper if you can, then slice it in half.
