3 Ways to Vegan Mayo
While there are nearly endless ways to make an Eggless Vegan Mayo, I thought I’d share my 3 Favorite Ways, all of them creamy and delicious!

I honestly did not like Mayo a ton before going vegan, and I know I’ve heard from others that they prefer Mayo when it’s vegan too! Below I’ll go over three ways you can make some at home!

Not only are these delicious, but they are a lot cheaper than buying Vegan Mayo at the store, which unfortunately like everything else these days, is way too expensive!

And of course, these can be used on any sandwiches, sauces, dips, anywhere you would normally use mayo!

Vegan Mayo
This is a classic-style Mayo, instead of eggs, we’ll be using Soy Milk!

Tofu Mayo
This one might be my new favorite because it’s super cheap and easy to make, and it is incidentally lower in oil, but it’s still rich and creamy and so good on sandwiches!

Aquafaba Mayo
If you have a Soy Allergy, fret not! This Aquafaba Mayo is just as rich and decadent as regular mayo, but totally Soy FREE!

Basil Mayo
And of course, once you make one of these mayos, why not elevate it a bit and make an herbaceous Basil Mayo!
