Vegan Stuffing Waffles

Vegan Stuffing Waffles is a savory take on the classic waffle. This can be enjoyed year round, not just during the holidays!

I had heard of vegan stuffing waffles for far too long before making them. Don’t sleep on this one! And just because stuffing is traditionally made during the holidays doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy this year round. I will definitely be making this on a semi-regular basis.

The only special equipment you need for this is a WAFFLE MAKER and if you don’t own one, I highly suggest buying one! They are worth their weight in gold for sure.

Recipe Notes

For these waffles we have 2 variations on toppings. You can either do a gravy or a cranberry sauce. And if you’re reading this and don’t have any leftovers handy, don’t worry, I’ve got recipes for everything you need in my MOIST MAKER recipe! Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, and Cranberry Sauce are all there, so check it out HERE!

For smaller waffles like the one below, use 1 cup of leftover stuffing. For larger ones like the one in the featured photo, use 2 cups!

Vegan Stuffing Waffles

  • 1 – 2 Heaping Cups of Leftover Stuffing⁣
  • 2 – 4 Tbsp unsweetened plant milk
  • Plus Gravy for Topping or Cranberry Sauce


  • Combine the Stuffing and unsweetened plant milk in a bowl. Adding enough milk until it sticks together and forms a big ball. Once thoroughly mixed, add to the center of a Waffle Press and cook to desired doneness!
  • Once Waffle is cooked, top with Gravy or Cranberry Sauce! Ideally you heat up the cranberry sauce for a few minutes too!
  • Enjoy!⁣
