There are so many ways to make a Vegan Bánh Mì I thought I’d catalogue my journey as I eat as many as I can!

I used to love a Bánh Mì before going Vegan, and I’ve recently been wanting to eat more of them since I made some with Tofu last year. So I’ve whipped up a couple more recipes and plan on doing several more!

Tofu Bánh Mì
This is actually 2 recipes in 1 since I provide 2 techniques for cooking the tofu. Both equally delicious though!

Vegan Bánh Mì (Soy Curls)
This version might be my new favorite! I got a soft spot for Soy Curls! The marinade on this one is so good! You gotta make it ASAP!

Vegan Bánh Mì (Cold Cuts)
For an even faster sandwich, use store bought Vegan Cold Cuts! Now of course, you could make your own Cold Cuts, like my Seitan Ham, Roast Beef, or Turkey, or for a faster option, my Tofu Deli Meat or even Easier Tofu Deli Meat! No matter what this one is a keeper!
