Vegan Raising Cane’s Sauce

The iconic sauce, this Vegan Raising Cane’s Sauce is perfect for Vegan Chick’n Tenders, Fries, or Texas Toast!

I’ve never actually tried Raising Cane’s, however I know everyone seems to love their sauce. So I had to whip up a Vegan Raising Cane’s sauce that’s perfect for dipping!

And although I’ve never had the original, I did try out a few recipes I saw online, and tweaked this recipe to my own taste. I found that they often had too much ketchup in it for my liking. If you make this and have had the original, please let me know what you think!

For me, it’s super dang good though! It’s tangy, peppery and really compliments some Vegan Chick’n Fingers perfectly!

There’s not a ton of ingredients in this sauce, so as always feel free to tweak it to your own taste as well!

Ingredients for vegan raising cane’s sauce

  • Vegan Mayo – This is the base of the sauce and it’s pretty mandatory!
  • Seasonings – we’ll be using some garlic powder, plenty of fresh black pepper, and I like adding a few shakes of a Cajun or Creole seasoning, like Tony Chachere’s.
  • Ketchup – This will add some nice sweetness to the sauce to balance everything else. Most recipes use more ketchup than this, so feel free to add more. But I found them to be too ketchupy so I dialed mine back.
  • Worcestershire – If you can’t find Vegan Worcestershire sauce, you can also use some Steak Sauce.
  • Hot Sauce – I prefer a Louisiana Hot Sauce like Crystal, but use whatever you got!

how to make vegan raising cane’s sauce

This couldn’t be easier! Simply whisk everything together! It’ll taste great out of the gate, but it’s even better after a night in the fridge to let the flavors develop!

Storage

This sauce will last for about 4-6 days, but let’s be honest, you’re gonna want to eat it all before then! It’s obviously great with some Vegan Chick’n Fingers!
