Creamy Cilantro Sauce
This Creamy Cilantro Sauce is so bright, tangy and zippy! It’s so perfect on tacos, sandwiches, or straight with a spoon!

I made this for some tacos when I posted my Shredded Tofu Chicken recipe and a bunch of folks asked what it was! So here’s the recipe!

It’s so easy to put together, and it’s equally as delicious! As long as you aren’t cursed with the soap gene, this sauce should be super tangy and bright and perfect on tacos!

INGREDIENTS FOR Creamy Cilantro Sauce
- Mayo – Use whatever mayo you like! I have a few recipes for a homemade Vegan Mayo!

- Vegan Yogurt – These days I like to make this kind of sauce with half Vegan Mayo and half Vegan Yogurt. The Trader Joe’s Cashew Yogurt is my favorite, but use any unsweetened yogurt you like.

- Cilantro – The star of the show! We’ll be using the better part of a typical bunch of Cilantro you get at most US stores!
- Seasonings – Aside from that, we’ll be employing some seasonings like Onion and Garlic Powder, Smoked Paprika, Nutritional Yeast and some Lime Juice and Jalapeños too!
