40 Vegan Meal Prep Recipes
These Vegan Meal Prep Recipes will come in handy on those days when you can’t be bothered to cook! Customize to your heart’s content!

These Vegan Meal Prep Recipes are not your typical Meal Prep recipes. I don’t really like making 5 of the same meals consisting of rice, broccoli and tofu. Instead, I’d rather make a few components that I can customize for a bunch of different meals.

I will typically make a batch of something like my Soy Curl Chick’n or Tofu Chick’n, and then have that ready in the fridge for quick and easy meals.

I also like to batch cook things like Chili or Bolognese for the freezer so I can have them as back up for those nights when I have absolutely no plan!

So, how should you use these recipes? Most of them are great for a weekly meal prep where you keep it in the fridge and then just reheat it as you need it. Or most will do great in the freezer, usually between 3 – 6 months!
Vegan Meal Prep – Meats
I find that having one or more of these ready in the fridge or freezer will come in handy and help me save money by not buying expensive store-bought products.
