Vegan Ranch

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Vegan Mayo
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened plant milk
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp dried chives
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp Lactic Acid optional
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • pinch of xanthan gum*

Instructions
 

  • Mix the cider vinegar and plant milk and let it sit for 5 minutes to curdle and thicken for a vegan buttermilk.
  • Once buttermilk is thickened, combine it with the rest of the ingredients and whisk to incorporate. Taste and adjust for seasoning.
  • Let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors develop and enjoy!

Notes

*Xanthan Gum (very optional) - if you want your Ranch to be thicker, you can always add a touch of xanthan gum. Simply add the Ranch to a blender and add the xanthan gum as it's blending. Don't use too much or it'll get gummy!
