Mix the cider vinegar and plant milk and let it sit for 5 minutes to curdle and thicken for a vegan buttermilk.
Once buttermilk is thickened, combine it with the rest of the ingredients and whisk to incorporate. Taste and adjust for seasoning.
Let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors develop and enjoy!
Notes
*Xanthan Gum (very optional) - if you want your Ranch to be thicker, you can always add a touch of xanthan gum. Simply add the Ranch to a blender and add the xanthan gum as it's blending. Don't use too much or it'll get gummy!
