Spread some vegan butter on each slice of bread. Toast in a pan over medium heat for 2 - 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Assemble sandwich from bottom to top as follows: bottom bread, mayo, turkey / deli slices, cheese, middle bread, mayo, bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo, top bread. ENJOY!

For the Deli Slices, you have two main options. Seitan and Tofu!Seitan:
For the Bacon, while I do have a Rice Paper Bacon recipe that I love, I find that my Tofu Bacon recipe works better as Rice Paper Bacon can get a little soft if it's touching wet ingredients like a tomato or mayo. So if you use the Rice Paper Bacon, keep that in mind! And of course, you can use your favorite store-bought vegan bacon too!
