BBQ Rub

A quick, simple, Sweet, Smoky and a little Spicy, Dry BBQ Rub, perfect for any protein or vegetable on the BBQ Grill!

Yes, buying some store bought BBQ Rub is easy, but honestly, in less than 5 minutes, you can whip up something just as good if not better at home!

In fact, I know a lot of folks complain that the pre-made blends have too much salt. This blend is much lighter on the salt, so you can adjust as needed and add as much flavor to whatever you’re cooking!

You can use this on just about anything! Like some amazing Oyster Mushroom Skewers!

Or a Vegan McRib!

Some Grilled Tofu “Chicken”

Or some Vegan Pulled Pork!

How to make BBq Rub

All you need to do is grab some pantry staples and whisk them up! You can also blend them in a spice blender if you like a finer powder.

Store in a Mason Jar. It’ll be good for at least 6 months, if not more!

storage

Store it in a jar and use as you wish! Should last at least 6 months!

  1. In the video you also used nutritional yeast but I don’t see it here. I just rewatched the video you used 2TBS. Thank you! I’m using Unmeat roast beef shreds for the meat in my recipe.
