Vegan Pimento Cheese

Ingredients
 
 

  • 3/4 cup Vegan Mayo
  • 4 oz Vegan Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 8 oz Vegan Cheddar Cheese (grated)
  • 1 Jalapeño (seeded and diced)
  • 4 oz Jar Diced Pimentos (drained)
  • 1 tsp Vegan Worcestershire
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Drain the pimentos and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • Then, combine all the ingredients for Pimento Cheese, season to taste, and set aside in fridge.
  • Enjoy with crackers, or on a sandwich!
