Shawarma Seasoning

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp Allspice
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 2 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tsp Ground Cardamom
  • 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cayenne
  • 1 - 2 tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Simply mix all the seasonings together for the blend. Store in an airtight jar for up to 6 months (and probably longer is fine too!)
    You can also leave the salt out for a salt-free version and then just salt to taste whenever you use this seasoning blend.
