To make the Mojo Style Jackfruit, drain and shred the jackfruit with your hands or a knife. I use everything, the seeds and tougher parts, but discard those if you don't like them.
Combine everything else in a bowl, then add the shredded jackfruit and toss to coat thoroughly.
In a pan over medium heat, cook the jackfruit until the liquid has been reduced and you see some browning (should take about 10 minutes).
